Celebration || Perfect Fourth

I love the fourth of July. I always remember being a little girl on my grandpa's farm- swimming in the creek, laying in the grass, eating fresh picked strawberries, and playing with sparklers. There's just a feeling that goes with the fourth- summery and carefree and celebratory.

My perfect Independence day would look like this:

• Trevor and I would wake up, sit on the patio (in my dream it would be substantially cooler) and enjoy my favorite coffee in cutesy cups like these and stuff our faces with this quinoa fruit salad.
• I'd wear this fabulous dress or maybe this one with a pretty straw hat like this on top to protect me from the sun.
• We'd go to a BBQ and we'd eat portobello burgers (I made these once and they were amazing), pesto potato salad, watermelon, and pie.
• Maybe I'd slip into this and go for a dip.
• Then me and my babe would cuddle up on this picnic blanket and watch the fireworks!

Hopefully I'll get to a few of em. Maybe I'll even get my head out of my bum and take some photos! What are your plans for tomorrow? I hope you have the happiest of days!
